Undertaking
A promise that should be treated as a solemn assurance to the court. The person giving it may be sent to prison or fined if breached.
Unreasonable behaviour
One of the grounds for a divorce. Can be quite mild if by consent. Better to try and agree in advance as less contentious. Does not need to be real reasons why a relationship has broken down.
