Punam Denley is a solicitor and a partner at iFLG. She specialises in all aspects of family law, including complex financial issues arising from the breakdown of a relationship. She handles high net worth financial cases, often involving partnerships, companies and trusts. She deals with international children work, and many of her cases have cross-jurisdictional elements.

Punam is a trained mediator and collaborative lawyer, an active member of the London Collaborative pod, and a founding member of the Berkshire and Oxfordshire pods.

She has been elected to sit on Resolution’s London Region Committee.

She is a regular lecturer, presenter and speaker at training events for other professionals and a frequent contributor to various professional journals including a book on family law published by the Law Society and Resolution, the association for family solicitors, called the ‘Resolution Family Law Handbook’, now in its second edition, and sole author of a self-help guide to family law for Lawpack to be published in 2010. She has been interviewed by LNTV and other programmes.

Memberships include the Institute of Directors, Liberty, Reunite and Resolution, and in the past she has been actively involved with the following committees: Legal Aid, Children and CSA committee for many years. She has liaised with MPs etc on proposed CSA legislation in 2003 and 2008, involved in consultation papers on children legislation, eg input into the ‘Making Contact work’ paper, amongst others.
