Benjamin Fry is a freelance Psychotherapist and Counsellor who assists iFLG and their clients. He works with individuals, parents and families in various different ways either in respect of the breakdown of a relationship or to assist them to get through difficult periods in their lives.

All of Benjamin’s work has a unifying theme of empowering individuals to understand why they are not automatically achieving their goals. He believes in their potential and in their own ability to reach it. However sometimes something gets in the way. Benjamin can help identify this block so that a person can take action to remove it. Benjamin’s methodology follows a routine of Learning, Diagnosis and Action (find out about oneself in general, figure out how that applies specifically, and do something about it) and this recurs in every format of his work.

Benjamin is a Member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and is bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy, the Ethical Guidelines for Researching Counselling and Psychotherapy and subject to the Professional Conduct Procedure for the time being in force.

Benjamin has been actively involved in the media and his professional expertise was sought in a recent BBC television series. He is also an author having written a number of self help books and audio tapes. He is also a columnist for newspapers and has written articles for magazines.

Benjamin’s website is www.benjaminfry.co.uk. If Benjamin considers some one may be best helped by referral to another specialist practitioner, he will advise accordingly.
