Lubna Shah is a solicitor and partner at iFLG. She deals with child abduction cases and children cases concerning residence and contact. She has handled complex applications by parents to take their children to live permanently abroad.
She also undertakes financial provision cases where there are substantial assets often involving an international element.
She has a postgraduate LLM at University College London and a MSc in Computing. She has worked throughout her career in family law firms in London. She speaks Urdu and Punjabi. She is an active member of Resolution.
